Vicki H. Modrzynski

Vicki H. Modrzynski, 40 of Gaylord, passed away at her home on Saturday, June 20, 2015. Born in Bradenton, Florida, Vicki was the daughter of Andrew and Mary Lou (George) MacPherson.

She moved to Michigan as a child with her family and eventually to Gaylord. A Gaylord resident for most of her life, she was a 1993 graduate of Gaylord High School.

On September 9, 1997 Vicki married Duane A. Modrzynski. She was a dedicated wife and mother who enjoyed spending time with her family.

Vicki worked at the former Midas Muffler in Gaylord and for the last several years as a manager at The Shoe Dept.

Surviving are her husband, Duane; her children, Noah, Kyle and Amber Modrzynski all of Gaylord and Elizabeth Modrzynski of Big Rapids; her parents, Andrew and Mary Lou MacPherson of Lake City; her brother, Andrew MacPherson of Tustin; and her grandmothers, Dorothy George of Cadillac and Elizabeth MacPherson of Winter Haven, FL.

Vicki’s family will gather to visit with friends at Gaylord Community Funeral Home & Cremation Service from 3:00-8:00 PM on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 and again from 10:00 AM-12:00 Noon on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 with services and a time of sharing to begin at 12:00 Noon. Interment will be at 6:00 PM on Friday, June 26, 2015 at Otsego Lake Township Cemetery.
