Suzann Lorraine Hagle

Suzann Lorraine Hagle, 65 of Grayling, passed away in Grayling on Friday, April 29, 2022, surrounded by loved ones.

Born in Mount Pleasant, Michigan on January 14, 1957, she is the daughter of Harold and Marilyn (Fort) Strouse. 

On August 2, 1975, she married Glenn Hagle in Grayling.  He preceded her in death on April 19, 2017.

Suzann worked in food and beverage service at a military base NCO Club, as a classroom aide, and in maintenance at Hartwick Pines in Grayling. 

She will be remembered for her love of cooking, especially her love of cooking for family.  Suzann enjoyed cooking and baking for any reason that brought family and friends together.  She also enjoyed volunteering her time to help others.  She attended the Grayling Free Methodist Church.

Suzann is survived by her children, Ron (Sarah) Hagle of Winter Haven, FL, Doug (Terra) Hagle of Healy, AK, Marcus Hagle of Grayling, Rachel (Josh) Fox of Grayling and Philip (Megan) Hagle of Grayling; 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; her father, Harold Strouse of Grayling; sisters, Sheryl (Clifford) Beck of Grayling, Dawn Strouse of Sorrento, FL and Maria Phillips of Gaylord; brothers, Mark (Vickie) Strouse of Sidney, MT, Kendall Strouse of Lovells and Philip Strouse of Grayling; and several nieces and nephews.  In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her mother, Marilyn.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, May 7, 2022, at Grayling Free Methodist Church where visitation will begin at 11:00 AM.  A luncheon will follow the service.  Those who wish are asked to consider floral memorials or contributions to the food pantry of your choice.
