Steven Allen King

Steven A. King, 65 of Gaylord, passed away Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at home. Born on September 28, 1955 in Beloit, Wisconsin, he was the son of Ronald and Lavonne (Morelock) King.

Steve was a humble man who loved Jesus Christ. He loved laughing and loved people. For many years, Steve worked at Symbiot Heating and Cooling in Florida, Gaylord Commercial Refrigeration and was a caretaker for the Fairway Inn in Lewiston. He ran the motel, 26 cabins and made it into a beautiful place. He was a talented woodworker, playing music and artist. His greatest pride and joy was his family.

He is survived by his wife, Joan; daughter, Shannon Mayfield, son, Sean King; grandchildren, Zoey, Wyatt, Silas and Wesley; brothers, Mike King and Jeff Mcgonigal; sisters, Tracy Slabaugh and Kim Galager.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
