Sharon Ann Freitag

Sharon Ann Freitag, 44 of Lewiston, passed away at home on Monday, October 2, 2017.

Born in Roseville, MI, Sharon was the daughter of Lloyd and Doris (Kowalski) Carbary Sr.  On August 6, 1998, Sharon married Daniel J. Freitag in Fraser.  They lived in Roseville until moving to Lewiston 16 years ago.

For the last several years, Sharon worked with her husband, Dan operating the detail shop at Wagar Motors in Gaylord.

Sharon loved the outdoors.  She especially enjoyed hunting, fishing, snowmobiling and gardening.  She was an animal lover and enjoyed spending her time with family and friends.

Sharon is survived by her husband, Dan of Lewiston; her mother, Doris Carbary of Warren; a sister, Linda Thomas of Warren; brothers, Gary (Maryann) Carbary, David Carbary, Donald Carbary and James (Patricia) Carbary all of Warren; several nieces and nephews; and her beloved dogs, Riley and Maggie.  She was preceded in death by her father, Lloyd Carbary Sr. and a brother, Lloyd Carbary Jr.

A celebration of Sharon’s life will be held at Talley’s Log Cabin in Lewiston from 1:00-6:00 PM on Sunday, October 8, 2017.
