Sandra H. Schram

Sandra H. Schram, 74 of Mancelona, passed away Monday, January 25, 2016 at Hiland Cottage in Petoskey. Born in Mancelona on April 5, 1941, Sandy was the daughter of Cecil and Helen Nichols.

Sandy worked at Meadow Brook Medical Care Facility in Bellaire as a Nurses Aide. She really enjoyed working with the staff and patients. She loved country music, her animals and most of all, spending time with her family and husband, John.

She is survived by her loving husband, John; her son, James Robb; her step-children, John Schram, Gary (Minnie) Schram, Ron (Judy) Schram and Barbara (Tim) Borst; 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; her brothers, Herb (Barb) Nichols, John Nichols and Leonard Nichols.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Carol and her sister-in-laws, Diane and Molly.

No services are planned at this time. The family will have a memorial service celebrating Sandy’s life in the spring.
