Robert J. Stein

Robert J. Stein, 78 of Onaway, passed away Sunday, May 21, 2017 at Hiland Cottage in Petoskey. Born March 27, 1939 in Detroit, Bob was the son of Clarence and Opal Stein.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Joyce Smith; loving father to Robert (Joan) and Cheryl (Michael); proud grandfather of Jacob and Kyle; dear nieces and nephews and many friends. He will be greatly missed.

A Mass of Christian burial will take place 11:00 AM Saturday, June 17, 2017 at St. Paul Catholic Church in Onaway. Those who wish are asked to consider memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.
