Peter D. "Pete" Arthur

PETER DOUGLAS ARTHUR Peter Douglas Arthur, 64, of East Jordan passed away on Sunday, May 16, 2021.

Pete, as he was known to his friends and family, was born on April 11, 1957 in Detroit, Michigan to Thomas and Helen (Parker) Arthur. After high school, Pete spent some time crab fishing in Florida – if you knew him well, you heard his crab stories! Pete loved his family – which always included his dogs.

He is survived by his wife Mary (Parsons) of 30 years, his children Jennifer (Robert) Rennekamp, Steven McCready & Michelle (Christopher) Whisler, 9 grandkids – Owen, Aela, Abigail, Ethan, Grace, Nathan, Wyatt, Adaline & Wesson and his siblings Joe (Shirley) Arthur, Dorothy (Chuck) Metzger, Lorriane (Joe) Niswander & John (Patty) Arthur, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents and brother, Timothy Arthur.

Services will be held at 1:00 pm on May 29, 2021 at Jordan Rivers Church, 01273 S. Advance Road, East Jordan
