Paislee Rayne-Mae Nortley

Paislee Rayne-Mae Nortley, 2 of Gaylord, tragically passed away at Lake Arrowhead. She was born May 5, 2020 in Petoskey, the daughter of Madison Canfield and Charles Nortley.

Paislee was full of life, love and fun. In the two short years of her life, she made a big impression on many that will forever leave a legacy to cherish. Paislee loved dancing, music, Coco Melon, Baby Shark and animals of any kind.

She is survived by her mother, Maddie Canfield and her boyfriend, Taylor Belding; her father, Charlie Nortley and his girlfriend, MaKayla Giddens; brothers and sisters, Christopher Nortley, Lily Canfield, Joseph Canfield Jr., Olivia Canfield, Oaklen Giddens and Alli Belding; grandparents, Mike (Kristina) Tripp, Nelda Nortley, Jessica Gray, Denielle Weingartz and Curtis Giddens; great-grandmother, Jean Tripp and Gloria Gray; aunts and uncles, Kaitlyn Szymoniak, Jack Tripp, Hunter Tripp, Aiyana (Michael) Davis, Curtis Giddens Jr, Carter Giddens and Robert Nortley.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Joseph Nortley Sr; great-grandfather, Jack C. Tripp and great-aunt, Teresa Wilson.

A Celebration of Paislees’ Life will take place 12:00 PM Friday, June 24, 2022 at Gaylord Community Funeral Home & Cremation Service where the family visit with friends beginning at 10:00 AM. Pastor Scott Distler will officiate. In lieu of flowers, donations may be may to Charles Nortley, through the funeral home, P.O. Box 249, Gaylord MI 49734.
