Mary E. Miller

Mary E. Miller, 65 of Gaylord, passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2022, with her husband at her side at The Brook in Grayling. Born in Ypsilanti on December 11, 1956, the daughter of Lionel and Dorothy (Edwards) Zimmerman.

Mary’s pride and joy was raising her four children. She enjoyed making crafts, going to craft shows and doing needlepoint. A talented woman with a heart of gold. She was an incredible woman who loved the Lord. She and Larry created a wonderful life together.

She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Larry; her children, Jason (Martha) Miller, Christy (Doug) Jones, Steven (Lyndsey) Miller and Bradley Miller; grandchildren, Riley, Becca, Cooper, Jake, Maddex, Bohdi, Sophia and Lucy; her sisters, Kathy (Dave) Perrone, Jane (Bill) Wheeler and Roberta (Louie) Lopez.  

She was preceded in death by her parents and her father-in-law, Eugene.

Funeral services will take place 12:00 PM Saturday, May 7, 2022, at Gaylord Community Funeral Home & Cremation Service where the family will visit with friends beginning at 10:00 AM. The burial will follow at Hayes Township Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, The Brook in Grayling or to the Care Team Hospice.
