Marie E. Quintal

Marie E. Quintal, 77 of Gaylord, passed away at Tendercare Gaylord on Saturday, June 6, 2015. Born in Saginaw on September 29, 1937, Marie was the daughter of Joseph L. and Mabel R. (Volz) Buyssens.

She grew up in Saginaw, lived several years in the Pontiac area where she raised her family, and then lived in New Mexico for many years. Marie had moved to Gaylord in recent years to live with her daughter. Marie was an avid reader and she enjoyed knitting.

She is survived by her children, Debora A. (Alan) Lamberson of Gaylord, Kristine M. (Stanley) Dziki and Charles E. (Natalie) Quintal both of North Carolina; 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; and a brother, Gary D. (Janice) Buyssens of Au Gres.

Her family will remember privately and no services are scheduled.
