Marie F McGuirk

Marie F. McGuirk, 85 of Boyne City, died Sunday, January 27, 2013 at home. Born on November 16, 1927 in Dorchester, Massachusetts, Marie was the daughter of Charles and Florence (Deady) McMannus. Marie was retired from the School Employees Retirement System of Ohio. After the death of her husband in 2011, Marie moved from Utica, OH to Boyne City to be near her daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Greg Krueger of Boyne City; she is also survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Barb McGuirk of Northville and a son, Tom McGuirk of Uganda and grandchildren Morgan and Paige McGuirk. One of nine children, Marie is survived by one sister, Joan Roach of Fort Edward, NY. In accordance with her wishes, cremation will take place and the family will remember her privately.
