Lois C. Couch

Lois C. Couch, 74 of Gaylord, passed away Friday, August 18, 2017 at home.

Born on April 15, 1943 in Grand Rapids, she was the daughter of Kenneth and Victoria (Weber) Albertson.

For over 15 years, Lois worked for Otsego Memorial Hospital in Medical Records. She had a heart for home health care and worked with Northern Management in the Adult Foster Care for years. She loved going shopping for her grandchildren, enjoyed doing puzzles, watching game shows and loved going to the casino. Throughout the years, she proudly supported several charities. She was a very patriotic lady and always put the military in high ranking. She enjoyed having a lunch and shopping day with her dear friend, Anne Pearson. She will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her four children, Tim Couch (Carolyn Brecht) of Marquette, Cathy Warrner (Steve Rich) of Gaylord, Terry (Stacy) Couch of Gaylord and Jill (Troy) Fettig of Gaylord; grandchildren, Amber, Timmy, Christopher and Ryan Couch, Lance and Stephanie Mercer, Taylar, Gabby and Christian Couch, and Alex and Darrian Haas; great-grandchildren, Alexis, Jayden, Chase, Ella, Abigail, Reid, Gage and Lazarus; a brother, Daniel Albertson of Illinois; and many other special family members.

A Celebration of life gathering will take place from 12:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. Monday, August 28, 2017 at the Gaylord Eagles. Arrangements are by Gaylord Community Funeral Home & Cremation Service. Please share your memories and personal messages with the family at www.gaylordfuneralhome.com
