Jeffrey L. Daniels

Jeffrey LeRoy Daniels, 54 of Grand Rapids, passed away peacefully with family by his side on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Mercy Health Saint Mary's.

Jeffrey was born on February 5, 1963 in Owosso, to Larry and Judy (Kennicott) Daniels. In 1981, he graduated from Carson City High school. Shortly after, he went to a technical school for a couple years. Jeffrey enjoyed playing music, especially the drums and guitar. He loved animals, fishing, anything to do with nature and being outdoors.

He is survived by his mother, Judy Daniels of Gaylord; his sisters and brothers, Kelly (Ron) Korson of Gaylord, Debbie (Jeff) Korson of Lake Leelanau, Chris Daniels of Cedar Springs and Brad Daniels of Grand Rapids; seven nieces and nephews and three great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Larry Daniels.

A private celebration will take place this summer out in the woods where he was most comfortable and himself. Those who wish are asked to consider memorial contributions to the family through the funeral home, P.O. Box 249, Gaylord MI 49734.
