More recently, she served as treasurer for Chippewa Township, Chippewa County, Michigan.
Jane was very talented and loved to cook, read, do furniture reupholstering, knit, make quilts, and was an expert seamstress. Jane and Gaylord spent 38 years at Hunt Creek in Lewiston, 18 years in Strongs and 6 years in Gaylord, all in Michigan.
