Gilbert Delbosque Sr.

Gilbert Delbosque Sr, 66 of Gaylord, passed away Friday, October 5, 2018 at MidMichigan Medical Center in Midland.

Born on December 10, 1951 in Saginaw, Gilbert was the son of Leonzo and Esther (Coronado) Delbosque.  He grew up in Saginaw and was a graduate of Arthur Hill High School.

Gilbert worked as a heavy equipment operator, a machinist and also in construction.  He moved to Gaylord from Cadillac 18 years ago.  In his spare time he enjoyed hunting, fishing and visiting area casinos.

Surviving are his children, Gilbert Delbosque of Kalkaska, Adam Delbosque of Florida, Angel Delbosque of Gaylord, Rachel Myers of Mt. Pleasant and Jonathon Myers of Florida; several grandchildren; a brother, Jesse Delbosque of Saginaw and several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Susan Walton and Gloria Delbosque.

Services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, October 9, 2018  at Gaylord Community Funeral Home & Cremation Service where the family and friends will visit beginning at 1:00 PM.
