Frank F. Lasik, 93 of Wolverine, passed away Friday, March 3, 2017 at home surrounded by his family. Born in Blackfield, Pennsylvania on August 17, 1923, he was the son of Joseph and Stella Lasik.
Frank proudly served his country in the United States Army. He loved to fish and was well known for it. His pride and joy were his wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
On December 8, 1955 in Indiana, he married Barbara Tatro who survives. Also surviving are his children, Frank Jr. (Leigh) Lasik of Littleton, CO., Jeanie (Frank) Sackrider and Sharon (Lyle) McCauley all of Wolverine; 12 loving grandchildren, 22 special great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and four brothers.
A memorial service with military honors will be held at 12:00 Noon on Friday, March 10, 2017 at Gaylord Community Funeral Home & Cremation Service where the family will visit with friends from 10:00 AM until the time of services.
