Eva Maria Aulwes

Eva Maria Aulwes, 66 of Onaway, passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at Hiland Cottage in Petoskey.

Eva was born in Hildesheim, Germany on March 24, 1951.  She moved with her family to the United States in her youth.  In 2007 she moved from Hazel Park to Tower and later to Onaway.

Eva is survived by her children, Tracey Galazka of Oxford and David (Marlene) Lehto of Hazel Park; grandchildren, Ashley Lehto, Jordan Galazka, Alissa Hattlis Lehto and Alexis Hattlis Lehto; her mother, Hannelore Eglitis of Brighton; sisters, Sylvia (Jim) Cook of Bancroft and Mara Riley of Brighton; brothers, John Eglitis of White Lake and Carl Eglitis of Brighton; and several nieces and nephews.
