Enrique “Rico” Antonio Iannucci, born June 28, 1953 in Caracas, Venezuela, peacefully walked through the gates of Heaven on November 18, 2019.
While we take great sorrow in his death, he would want us to rejoice in a life well LIVED. Rico was an unparalleled, selfless, generous human being; who knew no stranger, was always kind, and was thee definition of someone who would give you the shirt off his back. His amount of bravery and strength need no explanation to those who truly knew him. For those who didn’t, he would tell you that, “no matter what life throws your way, kick life’s ass anyway.” And he did just that, with a smile on his face.
In his life on Earth, he was a model athlete, avid hunter and fisherman, supreme heavy machine operator (favoring the bulldozer), enthusiastic coach, and all around lover of nature. Most importantly though, he was a wise and loving husband, amazing dad, doting grandfather, caring son and brother, and a trusting friend.
Rico will live on through his wife, Karen (née Holle); son and daughter-in-law, Joseph and Jessica Iannucci; daughter, Jillian Iannucci; bonus son, Joshua (Tisha) Neuman; grandchildren, Bella and Benni Everett, and Amelia and Joseph Iannucci. He also lives on through his mother, Trina (the late Alberto) Iannucci; sisters, Liliana (the late Gary) Zweng, Mariana (Chris Reichenbach) Craft, Rossana (Robert) Martin, numerous nieces and nephews, as well as aunts, uncles, and cousins.
We take great comfort in knowing he has been reunited with his late father, Alberto Iannucci; father-in-law, Robert “Doc” Holle; brother-in-law, Gary Zweng; best friend and cousin, Paul Iannucci, as well as many other angels in his life.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, December 7, 2019 at Gaylord Community Funeral Home & Cremation Service where the family will visit with friends beginning at 11:00 AM.
