Dennis Muth

Dennis R. Muth, 67, of Gaylord passed away Saturday, May 2, 2015 at his home. Born in Detroit on November 8, 1947, Dennis was the son of Lowell and Eleanor (Laude) Muth.

Dennis proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. In 1997 he and his wife, Carol moved to Gaylord to enjoy living across the street from Otsego Lake. Many special memories were made on the Lake. Dennis was the owner and operator of J & D Locksmith for several years. He also worked at Ace Hardware and enjoyed getting to know the customers that would come into the store. He was a member of the American Legion and was proud to be a Veteran.

He is survived by his loving wife, Carol; five children, Dawn Muth of Flint, Dennis Muth II of Roseville, Kristy (Adam) Lach of Howell, Jeffrey (Nikki) Fazekas of Southgate and Sarah (Ruthie) Muth of Ann Arbor and two grandchildren, Joshua and Kelsei.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
