Deanna J. Webb

Deanna Jean Webb, 72 of Gaylord, passed away on Thursday, November 1, 2018 at Munson Healthcare Otsego Memorial Hospital.

Born in Detroit on September 11, 1946, Deanna was the daughter of William and Anita (Condo) Webb.  She grew up in Detroit and graduated from Osborne High School.

Deanna worked as a computer operator at J. Lewis Cooper Company-Gallo Wines in Detroit from 1969-1985.  It was at that time, after the death of her mother, that she moved to Higgins Lake to be near her father.  In 2002, after the death of her father, she moved to Gaylord to be near her daughter.

Deanna enjoyed needlepoint and other crafts, word search puzzles and reading.

Surviving is her daughter, Melissa (Kimberly Smith) Fitzgerald of Gaylord; grandchildren, Cody (Stephanie) Fitzgerald, Courtney (Dan) Ashenfelter and Kaitlin Peevey; a great grandson, Connor Fitzgerald; a brother, Dennis (Kathy) Webb of Campbellsville, KY; sisters-in-law, Helen Webb of Panama City, FL and Alicia Webb of St. Clair Shores; many nieces and nephews; and the family that “adopted Grandma Dee”: Randy and Kristi Weber, Mark, Randy Jr, Tiffany, Ashley, Abbie, Allison, Kailynn, Charlotte, Harper and Finley.  She was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Webb.

At the present time her family will remember her privately and a family memorial service will be held.  Those who wish are asked to consider memorial contributions to 4 Paw Love, P.O. Box 1641, Gaylord, MI  49734.
