Carol Lynn Styles

Carol Lynn Styles, 41 of Johannesburg, passed away on Wednesday, January 4, 2017.

Born on December 31, 1975 on Cleveland, OH, Carol was the daughter of Andy and Carol (Huff) Kocur.

A longtime Gaylord and Johannesburg resident, Carol worked at Goodwill Industries and Habitat for Humanity in Gaylord.  She will be missed by her many friends and customers there.  Carol enjoyed hunting and fishing.

On July 18, 2016 she was married to the love of her life, Kevin J. Styles.  She is also survived by her children, Asia Briley of Gaylord and Vance Briley of Johannesburg; Kevin’s children, Katelin (Nate) Moyer of Virginia, Bryanna Styles and Brytanie Styles both of Boyne City; a sister, Judith of Ohio; brothers, Andrew and Richard both of Johannesburg and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A memorial gathering to celebrate Carol’s life will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 7, 2017 at the Charlton Township Hall, 10900 East M-32, Johannesburg.  Those who wish are asked to consider memorial contributions to her family.
