Barbara Alice Lasik

Barbara Alice Lasik, 86 of Wolverine, passed away Friday, April 17, 2020 at Medilodge of Gaylord.

Born in Marine City, Michigan on April 23, 1933, she was the daughter of Eugene and Mabel (Banta) Tatro.

On December 8, 1955, Barbara married her longtime husband, Frank Lasik in Indiana.  He preceded her in death in 2017.

A dedicated homemaker, mom and grandma, in her spare time she enjoyed bird watching, playing cards, crocheting, bowling, dancing, reading and puzzles.

Surviving are her children, Frank (Leigh) Lasik, Jean (Frank) Sackrider and Sharon (Lyle) McCauley; grandchildren, Byron Sackrider, Dana Litzner, Stephen Lasik, Dennis Sackrider, Scott McCauley, Amanda McCauley, Michael Sackrider, Jamie Ellefson, Nathan McCauley, Amy Langenburg, Jason Sackrider and Casey Hayes; 25 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Barbara was also preceded in death by her parents; 3 brothers and 2 sisters.

Her family will remember her privately and interment will take place at Silver Lake Cemetery in Wolverine.
